Quail's Inn - Kelowna Vacation House - Family Retreat

Tim and Lynne were wonderful hosts. They welcomed us into their home. The Quail's Inn is located at the end of the road in a quiet neighbourhood just steps from the the nice trail and very close to major shopping centres. It was a perfect location for us to explore Kelowna area. Private but close to everything.Hobby horses farm is perfectly suited for a big family or 4 couples. The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 separate washrooms, huge living room with big screen smart tv, billiard room, excellent kitchen equipped with everything what we need, washer and dryer. Outside there is a big size deep pool and jacuzzi situated on huge very private backyard. The tennis court is available too. There’s a table for 14 people and a few umbrellas. The property is very clean and we definitely will stay again.

We were lucky to find this amazing property in Kelowna and had an amazing time with family. We went there first week of September for our family reunion and everyone had a blast. the house was very spacious with warm outdoor pool and BBQ facilities, our door tennis court and their two friendly horses on the side of property. bedrooms were clean and all had comfortable beds and bedding and large enough sitting areas with doors opening the the most amazing and serene garden with such a nice energy. separate dinning table over looking the side of the house and forest with one more in the kitchen for cozier group. I can't wait to go back there again.Thank you Lynne and Tim for your hospitalities and amazing house.

Wonderful hosts and wonderful stay!As a group of 4 business colleagues visiting Kelowna for a few weeks of work, Quail's Inn was perfect. And we even hosted a couple of other colleagues for the first week! With all the bedrooms and so many bathrooms, we each always felt we had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and with groceries only a lovely walk away through a park, cooking fab meals at home" was a treat.But what really made this stay so great was the location! To be so close to downtown while feeling we were able to "get away" every evening to all that green space around Quail's Inn was fantastic. Next to a nature park and Mission Creek

Quail’s Inn was exactly as described and a great multi-family vacation home. So much to do and see right in the comfort of home. This property is very kid-and family-friendly. Our hosts were very helpful prior to and after arrival. The home was very clean and well-equipped. We will definitely will be back again!

We stayed here last week and it was amazing! We stayed with 6 children and 4 adults. The home is very spacious and clean. The kids never ran out of things to do. The property has a large, warm swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis court. The actual home itself has tons of board games for the kids to play. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The owners Tim and Lynn were very kind and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions we had. We will absolutely be returning next summer. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, I cannot recommend this place enough! Fantastic experience for our family!

Fantastic central location to enjoy everything the Kelowna area offers. So close to the heart of the city, yet set in a tranquil oasis which feels more like you're in the country. The property has so many features it is hard to enjoy all of them in just a week! Perfect for golfers with easy access to top courses, and a hot tub to relax in afterwards. Our group had a wonderful time and look forward to a return visit.

4th year and counting for family vacation with the inlaws, Lynn and Tim are fantastic hosts!

We had a fabulous winter family week staying at the Quail's Inn, a very comfortable, almost hidden 'rural' estate geographically in the middle of greater Kelowna. Surrounded on two sides by a large forested park, Quail's Inn's five acres is primarily grazing grounds for the owners' three horses, but the house and barn set in the middle offer a large, beautiful, one-level 4 bed/4 bath home that included room for all 10 of us plus our skis, snowshoes, etc. For both skiers and non-skiers, there is so much do in Kelowna (even golf if you drive south in March), that the end of day usually resulted in a well-deserved long soak in the outdoor hot tub or a competitive pool tournament. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed and the flawless wifi reception kept us all connected to friends back home. The owners were extremely welcoming and accessible to answer all of our questions. We will have to make it back there for a week in the summer to take advantage of the swimming pool and tennis/pickleball court.

We enjoyed our stay at Quails inn. The house well stocked, nice pool and hot tub area, good tennis court. Great location in the park with trails, but also on walking distance to shopping Center. We would like to stay there again, thank you

Our group, of 8 seniors, just left this place from a ten day golf retreat.We usually book down to PSP but with Covid this year we decided to book Quails Inn. We couldn't be happier with our decision. If you are a Pickle Ball player, not too serious as the court cud use resurfacing, we changed the Quail Inn tennis court into PB court.Our group played PB everyday, amongst golfing, swimming, bocce, it wasan action packed week. We have already booked for next year and we areok even if it rains! Tim and Lynne, owners, who live on the property are so accommodating. I would recommend Quails Inn, for a Family group reunion too.
